Shipping policy

All Custom items takes time and can't be rushed! Most of our custom jewelry pieces usually take around 2-3 weeks. weekends and holidays aren't considered business days. Our jewelry is made uniquely and with love just for you. Due to High volume sales, store sales, and/ or holidays there could be a delay in shipping. Please allow 1-2 days to process all orders!

All jewelry orders take 2-3 weeks to ship 

Processing Stage: 1-2 days

Production Stage : 8 Days

Shipping Stage: 5 Days 

Custom Name Jewelry:

All custom jewelry takes 2-3 weeks most times 3. You will receive your tracking info via email or via text message once your order ships out. All orders are shipped via USPS. After USPS has your package shipping usually takes 2-3 business days.

 

Non Custom Orders:

• All non custom items that are on hand will ship out in 2-3 business days.
• All non custom items that aren't on hand will ship out in 1-2 weeks. 

 

Shipping Days are Monday-Friday 

Between 8:00AM-4:00PM 

Weekends and Holidays are not considered shipping Days!

• We are not responsible for any Lost or Stolen Packages contact your local post office for further more help.
• It's the customers responsibility to provide the correct address. However, if your package is shipped back to us you will be responsible for paying the reshipment fee.
